Exactly.

It's ok though. JT's "flop" comeback is going to result in a movement of 800,000 copies in its first week so...

Is that really the projection now? Wow

People are still trying to discredit Suit & Tie when I'm pretty sure it's exceeded everyone's expectations. Returning to #1 on iTunes two months after it made it initially and reaching #1 on radio today... pretty sure the majority of you in this thread were expecting his comeback to be a mega flop after hearing S&T. Like the song or not, credit where credit is due.

For sure! I never thought it would rebound the way it did and I thought it would struggle to go 2X Platinum but it will do it in 2-3 weeks. Definitely impressed.

But WW tho...

I didn't even know it was projected 700k last I heard it was 500k.. I'd literally be happy with anything upwards from 500k, 800k would be incredible

That's where I wonder what happened with it, tbh.

God damn, I remember thinking JT would scan nowhere near 500K.

That goes to show how terrible I am at predicting album sales. 700K+ for Britney with Album 8? :lala:

I wonder if 20/20 will have a huge 2nd week drop :emma: Who knows

With numbers that big, it probably will. But who knows, maybe the drop will still result in it going Platinum in 2 weeks. :emma:

Take a guess: Will the 20/20 Experience outsell BTW, and possibly reach 3X Platinum?

Will it outsell BTW WW and sell 7M+ and outsell all of Britney's albums released in the last 5 years combined? :awesome:

Maybe not 3M but it could outsell BTW.

People really seem to be talking about this album. And it's all positive. It's weird, because I don't necessarily like it, but people who don't even like this style of music are saying they love it. I guess that's the upside of being Justin Timberlake - he could put out the ****tiest of **** albums and it would still sell over 500,000 in its first week. It's cool to like JT, because he's cool and his music is cool. It's sad, but it has a lot less to do with the actual music than it does the man behind it.

@nick4bty Interesting because almost everyone I've talked to offline is disappointed in it.
