I actually stanned for Diamonds and i wanted it to hit #1. ;) this with Diamonds it was clear that would be decent hit and every one would love it even it was mid-tempo song not the usual Rihanna club dance lead, but now with Stay it's clear that she took that lazy road wanting to be Adele and with Grammy's as platform for her to promote was good idea just the song itself is boring as **** and no one is here for that the peak that it will have next week will be from the Gammy's the radio wont support it as much as WFL or Diamonds and even more the sales started to sink. I'm surprised the same didnt happen to MTN. MTN was never predicted to become a hit, and it never really did, so I guess they didn't pay a--logy attention to it. I mean, gaga (or your fave musicians who are not charting well) isn't/aren't the only the genius musicians here. Their songs aren't that bad also. I also dont get why gaga said that they just afraid to dirt their hands because I believe most of the mainstream artists today are improving and they're making risky songs. It's just you can't appreciate other artists. This year is not boring for me an it'll be more exciting if ARTPOP will be released this year. Yes, TTWE and TEOG were my two faves of 2011 (the last good year of Pop). Nothing REALLY good seems to be coming out relatively soon... I rarely buy songs anymore because nothing good is coming out. Of course, underground music is still good but I having a craving for new good pop music. I did recently buy JT's new mirrors its a wonderful song that correctly combines modern elements with classic R&B. much better than Suit and Tie. I won't be buying it because I've never really cared for JT's music style, but that song is better than almost everything out right now.
