Dangerous Man 9,245
as an artist, you don't need a talent to produce generic songs. leave all the job to the producers plus, people these days only pay attention to the song and not the artist. yep, not all his hits are generic. l like some of his old songs. LOOH is just nauseating to hear. relatively true. you forgot gaga. She earned her strong fanbase and respect not JUST because of her generic songs but above all coz of her talent. and it's pretty obvious that many people like Bruno not JUST because of LOOH but because of his talent also. ugh @ these britney stans not giving Will.I.am enough credit. he's the lead singer and he produced the song brit is only featured and only contributed the "it's Britney b---h" part with her nasally and computerized voice oh well. well, they said that without Britney, that song would never be a hit. "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body." Ozzy8923 9
The same could be said about S&S. You maybe think is great, but is terrible and one of the worst songs that Britney has ever sung But S&S has a melody and a tune. It's infectious. It has those will.i.am verses that (as much as I dislike him) can never get out of my head, and there's also Britney's hook. That enough makes it more entertaining and enjoyable than the horrendously bland WIWYM. I mean, sure, Bruno is talented and all but the song is just lacking in every single aspect, at least with S&S (as generic and trashy as you think it is) can still be a good song to bop along to. or maybe because she says her name in the song? He said that his mother recognized Britney's voice the moment he heard it. Which was probably before the It's Britney, b---h! part. lol @ some people hating Bruno Mars coz of WIWYM current success. :pressed: The fact that it entered top 10 on itunes and staying there for more than a week already means it's not forgettable as what some of you are saying. And just because it surpassed S&S, you got angry with that? Whatever you say, it's one of the best pop-soul-ballad I ever heard. The melody is great but most of all, the lyrics are genius, beautiful and truly inspired. So I don't see why it doesn't deserve to have its success. Maybe the problem is that you can't appreciate anymore real talent coz of these repetitive, same-tune, generic pop songs (but I'm not saying those kind of songs are bad). And I can't imagine what will be the negative reaction if the song hit the top. (Well, it's impossible right now for Thrift Shop is beyond unstoppable.) #Staypressed: #staypressedaboutmybeingpressed Again, what's the point of having an amazing talent and using it for boring pop ballads? Britney herself was never the most talented vocalist (and technically the worst one in comparison to most of her contemporaries) but that never stopped her from making solid pop songs. It's not my fault the song is bad. 8. WILL.I.AM & BRITNEY SPEARS – Scream And Shout: 122.767 (+3.304) biggest update SLAY. ugh @ these britney stans not giving Will.I.am enough credit. he's the lead singer and he produced the song brit is only featured and only contributed the "it's Britney b---h" part with her nasally and computerized voice oh well. When various radio programmers (several times), have announced the song as Britney Spears ft. will.i.am (when she herself only sings 1/4 of the song) you know they don't care about him. :rip:
