bingo wings 0
TS will most likely become the biggest selling single of 2013 The biggest hit of 2013 so far is Scream & Shout WW, but Thrift Shop is definitely the biggest so far in the US.
Magoo 6
CACKLING at the fact that it's #2 in the country apparently Only in the minds of a few suits at Billboard. Why is it that if such a huge number of people are viewing parody videos of a part of Harlem Shake, then why aren't enough of them going out to buy the full song, to make it sell more than something that has been out for two or three months. Exactly. People are watching the Harlem Shake parodies not because of the song, but to be entertained by friends/personalities/strangers being silly. I don't understand why Billboard, a music chart, should be including views based on personality in their calculations.
WarriorPrince 1
Demi Lovato has been quite successful since she released Skyscraper. Maybe not chart-wise, but Skyscraper, Give Your Heart a Break (nº1 pop hit) and Heart Attack have been quite successful digitally. The biggest hit of 2013 so far is Scream & Shout WW, but Thrift Shop is definitely the biggest so far in the US. How much has S&S sold by now?
