Cherry 17
The thought of Stupid Hoe topping Billboard with this rule. "Stupid Hoe" didn't sell anywhere nearly as much as "Harlem Shake" in any given week.
Americano 31,061
She once held the record of accumulating the most views in VEVO in a 24-hour period. I think it's SH. Marry the night did too tho

craig 680
No more need to discount singles to boost sales when airplay finally peaks. Songs will peak when released on when the video comes out. More songs will go #1. Bad Romance and Gangnam Style would have their deserved #1 easy, and Last Friday Night without a discount. EarnYourLeather 231
Can someone inform me how this new rule work? What percent of YouTube views count towards the total score?
Mills 446
With Stay's rise to #3 in its 2nd week, Rihanna has now collected a total of 24 top 10 hits since her debut back in 2005 - making her the only contemporary artist of this generation to be within the top 10 acts with the most HOT 100 top 10's. Another top ten entry and she'd tie Elvis Presley.

Sora 1
Crazy new rule, total game changer.... at least is going to help GaGa get more #1's - she should release new music now and take advantage of this rule before they change it :cryga:
Arturo 40,746
Maybe now, for lead singles, the video will be released immediately for the ultimate #1.

craig 680
Radio, which once ruled the Hot 100, is on the way to becoming as relevant as juke box plays (which they used to measure). I hate to see actual sales of a song being swamped by kids repeat viewing the latest boy band craze.
Ozzy8923 9
Damn it Billboard you disgusting incompetent ****ers! DO YOU KNOW HOW EASY IT WILL BE FOR RIHANNA TO GET #1'S NOW?! Her label can pay for YT and radio and she'll have one by the next month. But this will make it easier for Jean to score a #1 next time around if she releases an audio video in the release week of the song like she did with HIAM. Same goes for Gaga. So there's always a bright side. - I noticed how all of us were saying that TS was unstoppable and it would take a long time to get it off #1. Wrong. :smh:
