As long Stay goes Top 5 I'm fine. TS is unstopable at this moment in the US

It could be a challenge to keep sales high for that long. Rhythmic and Urban radio are occupied with Pour It Up being top 5, and HAC doesn't have a history of embracing Rihanna tunes. And with several ballads out, pop-dance stations may not want them all in heavy rotation.

I'd rather listen to Call Me Maybe, Gangham Style, and Thrift Shop on repeat than the latest radio songs by M5, Bruno, and Timberlake, or a whole album of grey boring Mumford.

In fact, I have a double album of one hits wonders from the 80s and 90s and almost every song rocks and is non-generic.

Omg that brings me back. I have to get that!

I like a good dose of fun songs every now and then, I just find ridiculous that the same person who called Britney or Gaga trash, is buying Gangnam Style, for example. Perhaps is just my pet peeve, though.

Seriously though, people keep complaining about how crappy modern music is, and how pop stars make terrible music and all that stuff, yet they keep feeding the beast buying these dreadful viral songs like if they were masterpieces.

I understand the trend of indie artists surfacing to the mainstream, though. It's clear that the audience needs a break from the publicity stunts and overexposed faces.

The majority of indie artists annoy me. Of course I'm being stereotypical and not all mainstream indie artists are like this, but most of them seem to have the "Hey look how hipster and underground I am!" attitude when they really are just following the same old trends.

Again, not all mainstream indie artists are like that, but most of them are. It's like they pretend to be all indie and underground with their attitude but their music is just as basic as every other song on the radio. Haha Rihanna innovates music more then half these wanna-be hipsters and that's saying something.

Basically this, besides Mumford..i love them! M5 and Bruno are just as generic and simple as songs like Call Me Maybe and Thrift Shop. But at least you can have a good time listening to the latter.

Carly is forgiven. Kiss was one of the best albums of 2012. Better than Lotus, The Truth About Love, Overexposed, Girl on Fire, Unorthodox Jukebox, and Unapologetic.

YAS thrift shop and yas britney. :legend:

love the remix of S&S

The song or the video?

Because the remix is a mess. But the video slays. :legend: Well, Britney in the video, not the video itself.
