I signed up with the no purchase necessary option a few days ago (with another email address), still no email. Then my dad randomly told me had a citi card and he signed up on Friday. Not expecting him to get a code though. He probably signed up too late. I registered at the shop and ordered the deluxe album half an hour ago...on the german site of ladygaga-shop. should I have to so something else to get the mail to the pre-sale? Or am I too late?
