She did that in the past 2 years, you need to check your standards dear. Well Gaga will always have a huge 2nd week drop, since she has a big fanbase that buys her songs the minute they are released. Unless she has some promo planned (Shallow, Applause), a 2nd week drop is expected and perfectly normal.
