I don’t think that points to the song never catching on with the GP. People are confusing her getting great radio updates with her having great airplay in the US. And that’s not true, she’s growing airplay at a fast rate but its nowhere near the amount where I feel like the song is getting massive exposure on airwaves where we should be worried about its sales and streams.

Off topic but if you think the views of Stupid love are low, Remember thatĀ Katy, who used to get 3 billion views on her videos,Ā  just cant get any videos above 30m now Ā :huntyga:

Small Talk = 24m

Harleys In Hawaii = 24m

Cozy Little Xmas = 15m

Never Worn White = 18m

Watch Stupid Love nowĀ :vegas:

Even at her peak I always found her YT numbers very fishy. She is always in the recommended video whether I’m listening to rock, metal, or even video games. During Witness era, Bon Appetit was getting massive views but bombing on every other metric, and suddenly the views dropped when she switched to Swish Swish. Sure, she was at her peak, but it still felt very inflated.

If majority of her twitter followers are eggs, I am not surprised she is doing this bad now.

If Shallow did 10.5 in 2019 alone, I think its total might be around 15M, the song reached #1 in most countries during october after ASIB premiere.

I'm only good at being bad

This. It's not like the song had a 90M airplay in a week

I personally don't, unless airplay becomes sizeable

The Monday bounce is just cushioning the day-to-day fall instead of bringing it to a new level. We will see about the weekdays this week. Last week's US numbers were bad compared to globally.

And now youtube deleted 2M views from her new video because of botsĀ

Why are twitter LM so impatient. Seeing meltdowns cause the radio update was +1.8M and not +2.0M

I'd say ASIB made them brave, but ASIB didn't have radio support to begin with lmao

Shallow selling 10M units in a year is HUGEĀ :bradley:Ā Definitely one of her biggest smashes. Not only in sales but in cultural impactĀ :bradley:
