I was just looking at this: https://spotifycharts.com/regional And tbf to Stupid Love in a lot of WW countries would be top 20/30 without local artists. Greece is a country that doesn't have locals and SL is #24 for example. I am not sure how it works on spotify but it may take a few weeks for the song to make gains and stay in the top 10. The song is still brand new and needs exposure through radio.
