I'm not sure why his popular with latino's...but the ABC news anchor suggested that Biden's tenure under Obama saw a spike in deportations... Student debt forgiveness is clearly why the college group is going for Bernie however... like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. I did the math for this and if 30-44 and 45-64 were given the same 11 year age bracket as 18-29: 11 years of 30-44 adjusts to 18% and 45-64 adjusts to 19%. 18-29's 13% is still lower than the rest (and we have work to do), but that is also understandable given political engagement increases with age/maturity.
