Physical Singles: Potential Way To Get Downloads for International Orders

As I'm sure many of you know, each of the physical singles for Stupid Love on her site come with a digital download for US purchases only, which will help the song's performance on the Hot 100 its first week. I wonder if that "downloads are only available to US customers" rule is based on the shipping or billing address...I would put my money on billing address since that deals with the actual purchase. If that's the case, US and international liddos can work together to get international purchases to get a digital download. Just fill in a US liddo's address into the billing address section (and to be safe I'd use a US based email address for the order as well) and bam your international order should get a download and help for the Hot 100.  (Remember this is just a theory, but technically it should work I think.)
