It might not be BR choreo but it's still great! And more importantly, the video has replay value, and it has Tik Tok potential, which is where a fair few of the top 50 Spotify songs come from. I am not saying the narrative isn't there, I am just saying it is not that deep or out of place as sometimes has happened before... t just what I explained, Joanne was a mess in terms of the narrative she was giving on interviews and what you heard on the album, try hard at its finest... but this? Doesn't look out of place to me. It fits Gaga and the song. It is subjective of course, but hey that's what forums are for, discussion and opinions. Is it just me or is this just the same as the Perfect Illusions mv but this time with more color? On the positive side I do like most of the choreo, the high energy, and the cartoonish Japanese theme. I do hope it does well and helps the song even though I don't live for it. Did Gaga's team just go, "What should we do for Stupid Love's mv?" "Should we do something forward thinking, with great visuals, that is accessible to the gp, but also with depth or story that fans can get into?" "Nah...let's just do Perfect Illusion 2: this time with color, because having a random dance party in a desert went down so well the first time." The choreo, I MEAN COME ON THE CHOREO IS AMAZING. I am loving the early 90s vibes with the M/V. Also, it feels very much like Avatar (not the movie pls, the TV series) with the whole nations and the scenery. I am so so hooked. And the fact that she calls herself a “kindness punk” is so cute. the choreo is also incredible. This video has so much to love. also she just looks so happy filming this, like she’s smiling through the first verse and she just looks so great. It makes me happy too.
