The symbol on Gaga's forehead might be a reference to the Venus figurine

When looking at this symbol I immediately thought about the Venus of Willendorf Statuette.

It's very similar to the figure from the breasts and the bellybutton.

One of the interpretation of the statuette (by Helen Benigni) is that the statuette represents the females as a supreme creature and that they are tied to the cycle of nature, which is something that might be represent in the video, a strong woman, a supreme that leads Chromatica into an era of love, acceptance and peace.
