1. The bundles will only count if the shipping address is in the USA
2. According to a member (who works at a music label), they have the choice of whether they want the physical copies to count during it's debut week or it's shipping week. Interscope is very likely to choose the first since all of the physicals have different shipping dates and they can heavily boost the first week numbers for a better debut.

3. Only first download counts, the other 10 downloads you are allowed in case you accidentally delete the file or switch computers/devices.
