I feel like they haven’t tweeted it out because they get their numbers in real time & they obviously don’t think it’s necessary to leverage that yet, and if the rumor of something coming on the 2nd is true, then she’s also probably lurking in the background for that reason

Idk but i think its similar how in a concert bundle the album is included in the price of the ticket but it wont count unless the person claims the album and redeems it

I was going to say something similar, people like to act like they’re hated & went into obscurity when they’re still collecting gold & platinum plaques for their songs

However , Twitter, at that time, was still a powerful platform for everyone to form their opinions.

I agree w most of it but they got a 7x Platinum #1 song after (something just like this) and then they were ruined  I honestly can't even remember Closer's chorus but I can for SJLT

It's probably because you buy the cassette, not the digital song. yeah it comes with it, but they sort of give it to you, you don't buy it. So for it to count as if you bought the digital song you have to claim it yourself to form the contract and for it to count as a sale  or maybe not
