Concerning the confusion over when the physical sales are counted: while an explicit answer hasn't come out, looking at trends of other such items and their associated chart runs, the most likely answer is that downloads redeemed this week will count for this week's chart while the actual physical item will count the week it ships. This happened with Taylor's ME!, where it's first week sales were heavily padded by its bundles; it then shot up to #11 (much higher than predicted and leaving predictors dumbstruck) during album release week months later, which just happened to be the week the physical items from the ME! bundles shipped.

So essentially it's like you're buying two products - the physical item and a download - wrapped in one price, and they're each counted when the product reaches the consumer.
