No, a label can choose which week the physical products count for, some like Ariana choose to count them for the week a song is released while others like Taylor and Mariah chose for the physicals to count for the week they ship.

There's no reason Gaga/Interscope wouldn't choose this week, the physical products will most likely count for this week.
