Why would Z100/ KIIS be playing Stupid Love today when the radio deal is over and it hasn’t even officially been added by pop radio? Its not even in their playlist, of course they’re not gonna play it

She's currently:

Nmber 1 on iTunes, top 10 AM, and number 6 on spotify. If she can make slight increases or even stabilise, she will do top 3 this week. 

The one who will block her in the UK is the weeknd. Gaga is beating him on Itunes and he's beating her on streaming. Digital sales really helped shallow's performance here as Shallow never topped AM and Spotify UK.

2) Not really but that may take time
