It's just the the concept of LP and EP makes sense if one refers to vinyl releases. Today an album can be of any length, and calling it an album or a mini-album is just how you want to classify it. latest Laroux album, Supervision has 8 tracks and lasts a little more than 41 minutes, it's listed as an album nonetheless. In the 80s 8/9 tracks albums were a common standard. I got a lot of albums released in the 70s/80s that last even less then 30 minutes, and they're considered as albums. Madonna first album includes 8 tracks, True Blue has 9 tracks and it's shorter in length then the First Album imo an EP is a sort of "Extended single", with about 6 tracks, and sometime different version of the same song (like My Dear Melancholy by The Weeknd, that includes the same song in two versions) C2C is a collaboration album, yes it's 100% a Gaga album, but I don't think it has to be considered as LG4 but TG1... LG1 - The Fame LG2 - The Fame Monster LG3 - Born This Way LG4 - ARTPOP LG5 - Joanne LG6 - Chromatica Little Monsters that were around since The Fame/The Fame Monster will remember Gaga calling The Fame Monster a full album, not an EP despite it containing 8 songs.
