I completely understand people being frustrated with her silence, but I absolutely believe it's because she's hard at work planning and finalising new ideas and she wants to wait til she has everything lined up and ready to go. From the sounds of how the era was supposed to go she was clearly going to deliver, so she obviously cares very much about the album and it's roll out. I've got no doubts that she's going to do some really cool things, and like you say - she's an innovator, if anyone can respond to the lockdown in a unique and interesting way it's Gaga! Girl, people do that ALL the time. You write a great song, but it just doesn't fit with your current project. Save it and put it on a future one.
