A lot of other artists will be releasing in the fall so it’s smarter for Gaga to release in June/summer. The tour can happen in spring/summer which isn’t atypical for an album cycle really. Taylor was going to start the lover tour almost a year after her supporting album came out. There was a long wait for the BTWB too after BTW released. June babies unite! N-e-thing but the same boring quarantine routine will happen for the next 2-4 months. These 2-3 months she got herself are basically buying time at this point to try and find other ways to promote the album, because I can assure you her plans have been foiled by the force majeure. She should've and could’ve released it last week, focusing on her COVID-19 relief efforts but she didn’t. Not that I’m being a little manager, blaming her. People are dying, losing jobs, and it's overall a disaster. The era she envisioned could be rolled out.. in 2021 at best, as the scientists all around the globe are expecting a vaccine to be tested at least in a year, and without it we’re bound for an autumn/winter breakout, while we would be feeling the impact of the (arguably) worst economy crisis of our life. 2020 just ain't it. Now all we got to do is to wait for the tracklist and Babyl- the next single, as I’m sure she won’t abandon the era midway just as she started ramping it up with SL.
