I feel like Gaga's best albums and not only hers but everyone's are the best when they have clear direction.. Look at The Fame, The Fame Monster, Born This Way, Confessions on a Dance Floor, Future Nostalgia, Starboy and many many others.. ARTPOP didn't have clear direction or concept and I honestly think that's the reason it's not as good.. It was all over the place and it seemed (to me at least) that all of those songs are from 4 different albums blended together to make one all over the place mess.. Yeah I remember Gaga saying that she designed this album to be played at the clubs from start to finish due to the variety of genres... Gaga girl no.
