Chromatica was delayed because of the virus. If they would release it the album would be overshadowed by the news/reports about more important things. The album would quickly fade away and no one outside this fanbase would care about it after one week at most. Which is something Gaga and her team would not want. As she said herself, she wants Chromatica to be heard by as many people as possible, so yeah, releasing it now would totally be against what she stood for with it. I’m sad we have no new music but I’m glad at the same time because I believe she will deliver, big time.

On-topic: I think it was a mix of Gaga wanting to help against corona and the label wanting to profit. Let's not act like Gaga has that much of a say. The label approached her and they had an agreement.

Rewardless of the delay of the album, we still have something to look forward to, I have a feeling her performance at the concert she organized is going to be big! Specially after other celebrities are getting so much backlash for that infamous "Imagine" video by Gal Gadot, mess. 

She has the opportunity to get people's hearts with this concert and then release Chromatica without public backlash, she is raising a LOT of money, y'all.

Let's hope that Gaga doesn't pass the opportunity to make it big at that show and we will all have a decent restart of this era

Normally I don’t have a problem with waiting.. like when you have your job and your socials things and stuff

But sitting at home, waiting for something without even having the chance to make the time pass by... is on some jigsaw level ****

That'll depend on how they choose to produce the segment, what sort of equipment they have, most celebrities have used their camera phones so far to appear online, that doesn't mean they couldn't use a better camera and microphone and make a BIG production for a live session. Take Bill Gates for example, he is giving many interviews now while he is quarentined, but he is definetly using something better than a camera phone, his interviews are steady, crisp, no dissortion, clear sound. I don't see why Gaga couldn't at least get something better than an Iphone X camera for this performance, she likes to do things well when she is performing, I doubt she is going to just do more of the same. Or maybe I am delulu
