At this time she was also more focused on politics and put the music era on hold (for a few weeks) so that shouldn't be surprising that she is doing it right now. Her priorities have definitely changed since 2013 (probabaly due to the ARTPOP backlash). True, also with her pre-existing conditions it's kind of scary for her to be out in any which way at the moment. Being in Canada we have it a little more under control then the states. Heck New Brunswick currently has more recovery cases then people with the virus. The US is something else and I feel will take the longest. Personally I could log off from here just knowing the new release date. My point is that she most likely didn't need any of those crazy billboards to have the same success, and that it was probably a waste of money, hence why we never saw that kind of stuff after the BTW era.
