She CAN do both because she's primarly an artist, dropping music on these times can heal and make people forget about what's happening, I think we all know here how Gaga's music can take us away and forget about everything since we were kids. It lets the reporter(s) of the content know that, yes, indeed, a mod is online and did see this and is responding to the report. 3. It lets others know that this kind of behavior (whatever the behavior is) is frowned upon I'm not singling out God Control because even that whole report was borderline to begin with as this is a Chromatica discussion thread and we are discussing Chromatica in our own personal opinions and viewpoint. 4.
