They're under no obligation to keep the album to themselves. It's their fault for not controlling their supply chain correctly, IF this is true, which I doubt it is. Not sure if you guys have heard of “Plex” it’s a media server and my friend usually gets access to a bunch of movies and TV shows to upload through some server. He’s even uploaded a few movies like Invisible Man before theatrical release. Other times they’re just screeners and on more rare occasions, bootleg recordings. But when the Norman F***** Rockwell HQ came out, I told him to look for a HQ version and he found it before it was distributed around the web. When he told me he found it I thought he was lying until I checked the server and he was telling the truth. This is after those LQ leaks occurred. Also, when I told him how Chromatica likely won’t leak because there’s no tracklist he said “It would still be labeled chromatica and then the tracks would be just labeled untitled or unknown_title, it’s going to be more difficult to find but the same thing happened with Fear Inoculum” (the latest Tool album) Just thought it was worth sharing that he may or may not be checking his server daily for me Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
