I know there are more important things going on right now in the world, but, as a fan, it's really tough. What makes it EVEN worse is how this album is probably incredible and won't have the era it deserved. And the damn album cover leaking ???? it's so unfair for Gaga and the fans. I'm doing everything I can to avoid it, but knowing it's just out there is so weird and so wrong. Chromatica will be forever tainted - for us, and for Gaga. And her first pop album in so, so long did not deserve that. Hide contents Let me have my rant, lol. I KNOW the world is suffering right now. I KNOW it's just a pop album. And I KNOW it means nothing. But to me, and I am sure to many on here, in our own little bubbles - it does matter. It matters to us because Gaga matters to us and so does her work. And regardless of how irrelevant it is in the grand scheme of this pandemic, it matters to us. I'm going to answer but not because I want to invalidate your disappointment - I totally get where you're coming from and, for the most part, I feel the same way. I just hope to put things in perspective a little bit. We have to remember that most of these things also happen naturally in a typical album rollout. Leaks, in my opinion, are not that big of a deal. The negative fan reaction is also to be expected from Gaga fans, unfortunately. And then, most of the remaining items on this list are due to the coronavirus, which was, as you said, totally out of her control. I think what hurts most is that there is nothing positive to counterbalance those points. If we were to live all of those negative aspects in the context of the album rollout that she had originally planned, I believe they would pale in comparison to all of the incredible stuff we would've got. But, once again, miss COVID made it so that those positive aspects never saw the light of day, which makes the whole situation seem way worse. What I'm trying to say is, right now, it might seem like everything sucks (which it does). But once she's able to execute her vision for the album, whenever that may be, I think (and hope) we're gonna forget about most of this.
