That’s what I’ll be doing at least. 

I hope but it usually goes like this:

[pre-album release] -> negativity -> album tracklist release -> "YASS this gon' be good!" -> 3 days later -> "gaga is doomed" -> album is released -> "THIS COMING TO SLAY CAREERS!" -> 1 week later -> "THIS IS GAGA'S WORST ALBUM EVER"

 

Fan bases are so damn predictable I swear....

just for reference what conversations were happening today that made this thread so messy? was it people just being cruel to each other or arguing about the album? i'm honestly glad i missed it cuz negative energy (even through a computer screen) can be very physically and emotionally draining

And this happens BIG TIME with our own fanbase. They trash the current era to hell, and drag it, but end up suddenly "praising" the past era because they want THAT version of Gaga back.

It was about Chromatica "leaking", and other ****. It was toxic, and extremely draining, so I'm glad you weren't part of it.

And it's not me that thinks this... anybody remember not too long ago someone on twitter posted what happens everytime an album is released when they say like two albums ago it was her best and her current one is the worst?  I can't find it but if anyone finds it let a hoe know

I remember how floored I was when G.U.Y. (An ARTPOP Film) came out.  I called it the video of the millennium - yeah I was a delusional 14/15 something year old then, but I still stand by it.

Do you remember the legendary night when won EIGHT ****ing VMAS and gagged the whole world with meat dress? I remember how much fervour her fans had back then to defend her against the world. Where did all that fervour and passion go?

I have no idea, but they spilled. It's always a problem with any of the fanbases
