1) We have no actual evidence that she announced the tracklist purely because Target posted it early. Possible, but it's purely conjecture. 

2) We have no way of knowing if the CDs/Vinyls were already pressed. Logically, one would think they are, but we have no idea if there new release strategy is digital first, and then when warehouses are full active again, they send out the physicals. 

3) I'm sure Gaga is annoyed with how everything went down, but it's entirely possible she's just not focused on the music right now. This is a woman who suffers from extreme mental health issues, and I'm sure with everything that's been going on, she might be struggling more than anyones considered. 

4) best course of action is to acknowledge that it's frustrating for fans, but that there's plenty of other music to listen to and discover, and to perhaps focus on other things for a while until we get concrete information.

I think people fail to understand that she's taking time to restructure the campaign so that she can give the album and fans the era it deserves. That's the definition of caring. 

If she would have put it out as planned, all her promo plans would have been trashed and she probably would have debuted with lower sales than she would have without COVID 19. People would be dragging her wondering why she didn't delay it. 

She's ultimately doing the correct thing and I think fans will look back and be thankful that she delayed.

Yeah, but marketing and PR are really strange things that we may not understand that easily.. Just imagine if she would announce something this week right after the event everyone was talking about... People would say she did that just to promote herself and that's a bad PR everyone wants to avoid... The "leak " of the tracklist was just an excuse for her so she could make an announcement. The potato quality leaks aren't that bad either because that can buzz the hype... Untill something leaks in full ofc.

What she's doing is absolutely right. You can either stay bitter and have continuous meltdowns about it or just wait and respect that the world is going through a really serious crisis at the moment and releasing something like that has to be done with absolute care and empathy towards the millions that are suffering.

There's no way for her to win in this situation, honestly. If she releases anything people will say she used COVID for promotion and she's a hypocrite. If she doesn't release people will also call her a hypocrite because the whole album concept that we know of so far is "Dancing through the pain." Things keep leaking left and right, the only thing she got to release on her own was the stupid love single cover and OG album release date. She won't be able to win for losing this era, unfortunately.
