She's doing what she can to help with the relief effort and then she'll go back to doing Chromatica stuff. We've waited a long time for another solo album, we can wait a couple of more months. She said in her interview with Zane Lowe that these songs all came together relatively quickly. She didn't second guess herself or had to constantly re-record things. If she changes concepts and starts a new set of songs before announcement or release is there an "original version" or are they just scrapped songs?
