The image was confirmed real. The most that can happen is that it was an outtake or alternate cover and not the official. But it’s literally impossible for someone to have made that photo themselves. But what I heard was a leak of something that was going around for a while before but instead of being gaga's voice it was ariana's voice this time... it had a heavy beat and it talked about "I don't wanna be here alone...
