There will be staff there who will be aware of the album and could easily take a pic to share with a friend ect, and then it goes from there. Putting an album cover in the hands of hundreds of workers is risky when said cover hasn't been revealed - ESPECIALLY when Interscope / Gaga / the Haus know how important a Gaga album cover is in their marketing. They'll want that coherent 3 channel marketing system. It's a bit messy releasing it digitally then target gets it months later.
