Pressing CD and printing cover and the like could be very fast though depending on what kinds of technique they choose to use on different materials but packaging all these stuffs would take a while considering they need human hands to put them into one. If the stores need to get them one week ahead of the release date, I dare say they should all shipping by now in order to distribute them nationwide.
