I think it would be best if they pasted the best parts from each together but the official version doesn't even make sense in the context of the song. Leaked version is superior.

If you didn’t like the David la chapelle version, understand that he confirmed that wasn’t the final edit, scenes were missing like the desert photo shoot and the order was changed

It's clear it's quite rough around the edges. I now wonder what could've been, especially the desert photo shoot :messga:

I don’t like that they used a body double for David’s version in the intro. Looks like they hired some random ****star to be Brits double though Brit looks nothing like that.

OMG.

I found this edit.

The superior version.

This is what we should stan.

The superior one indeed, especially for what they've done to the bridge

Both are bad but the first person vision of G-Eazy ****ing Britney is still in my nightmares.

At least David LaChapelle's visuals would have made this lead single slightly more memorable

Despite all her issues with performing and Vegas, she would have had a real comeback in relevancy with this music video being done right, given that the single still debuted at #17.

What does 'done right' mean?  Obviously, something attention-grabbing or narrative-driven; but neither was the case with the official video.

The era clearly went downhill with this and the VMA.

I think a successful comeback couldve happened if she just had an entirely different single all together tbh. The song is good but I think Just Like Me, Better and/or Change your Mind probably would’ve had more reach outside her fanbase.
