Bloomberg had same type of surgery in 2000, has irregular heartbeat and is on blood thinners NOW. Bloomberg's father had rheumatic fever as a child, which weakened his heart. It's about having confidence in his ability to lead for the period elected, but it's also about transparency - the American voters deserve to know if he's physically up to the task, one of the very hardest and most demanding jobs in the world. It's also about trust and keeping your word. He said last year that he'd release "comprehensive" medical records. I wonder why he changed his mind. @StarstruckIllusion, I certainly don't feel desperation. But I feel a healthy amount of skepticism over whether he's capable of being president for four years. For all the grief Biden has received, he released his medical records before anyone voted.
