Hold on let me stream Gaga's on repeat.

Honestly though, I think this is in part to the "controversy" surrounding it as well.

What controversy? That they lipsynced even though Queen Gaga told them not to?

I've seen a lot of posts and articles posted on my facebook about it.  There is the argument that they weren't very family friendly with skimpy outfits, dancing like they were, JLo being on a stripper pole.  But the other argument how they they are showing women can be empowered.

Not even, this is Latino power.

All Latin people is feeling very proud about the performance plus they use to be very intense with such thing so is just reflecting  on the views.

I think all that "controversy" is nonsense and being used to discredit their following/support. I think it's because of the latino community. I was actually in a photo shop today getting passport pictures taken and when I was done paying and received the pictures the guy went into his office and I heard music and thought "That sounds familiar." Then I realized it was Shakira's voice and he was watching the Halftime Show again.

Oh I don't think that this is the reason behind all the views.  I think that it has probably gained some because of it, but I know that they also are doing that because it was a good show.

Really, really impressive - wow.

It's not so fair to compare a 2020 YouTube video to a 2017 one, though.

Whilst only three years ago, viewing figures have increased drastically in that time frame on YouTube and on streaming platforms in general.

For example, Gaga's interview on Jimmy Kimmel got 20m views, which in 2017 would've been unthinkable.

Gaga also got an extra 57M on FB, too, plus the 60M and 17M on YouTube.

I know it's not a competition (honestly!) but I feel so protective over Gaga's half time, and don't want the facts forgotten  :bradley:
