(click below to read full post before continuing) According to this article & past rumors for ‘Stupid Love’, Single was expected Feb 7th, (new season of fortnite starting Feb 6th), then the new season of fortnite was delayed by EPIC games to Feb 20th, now all of a sudden the date for ‘Stupid Love’ is Feb 20th (according to a very reliable insider Mr. S.). How does this correlate? Gaga tweeted about fortnite and had that whole thing with ninja (a fortnite streamer). (post below shows the tweets and how the gap between music and gaming is closing thanks to that Gaga/Ninja event) It’s obvious that interest in the game rose after this entire situation. Its very possible that after these series of tweets, fortnite reaches out to her and her team for some sort of partnership/deal. We know the era involves video games (sailor moon reference (a GGD source with a reliable insider suggested) + video game controllers (seen in many LG6 tease photos). It’s very possible she will have an in-game fortnite concert similar to the marshmallow one to debut and help promote the new single ‘Stupid Love’. Following all of this information, it all really does make sense. Yes, it’s possible I could be completely wrong but there are just too many pieces of the puzzle connecting. Also, keep in mind that she’s captured our demographic from the start. We have grown up and are older now (20-35 years old). She captured the older crowd with ASIB & C2C (40+), now all she really has left to capture demographic wise are the teenagers (12-20 years old)... the best way to do that? FORTNITE. A video game with that exact target demographic AND a previous connection/partnership to mainstream electronic music. It’s likely epic games reached out to her for some sort of partnership after the entire ‘Fortnite’ & ‘Who is Ninja’ thing blew up on twitter seeing how many people that reached. It’s very possible we might have cracked the code. I really sense a partnership. Here is a clip of the marshmallow concert. Imagine this type of thing for ‘Stupid Love’ Lastly, keep in mind the style of music/genre of SL. As I said above mainstream EDM/pop caters to top 40 radio and would most likely resonate with the younger crowd who don’t really follow Gaga (a great way to build new fans). what are your thoughts on this wild theory? If you have any new information or theories, share them in the replies EDIT: I just now saw that others have created a thread on this, but I mentioned many other details so I'm gonna keep this up. I assume the concert is playing somewhere on the map in each game and there are probably thousands of separate games going on at once.
