Lighter 15,376
In case y’all aren’t keeping up with the awards season anymore. So far she’s filled in the 4 spots of the Top 5 Major Film/Actress awards. winning Best Actress at Golden Globes, Screen Actor’s Guild, Critics Choice, and BAFTA for her film “Judy” Now we’re just waiting for the Oscars. let’s wish her all the luck. hopefully Gaga gets this treatment for her next movie. I mean this is what supposed to happen with ASIB but it wasn’t how it went.
Ryusei 61,110
Her second sweep. last time for cold mountain in the supporting category and now she's sweeping the lead actress awards. Also slightly different but I loved her in what/if on Netflix. she played this cougar/ruthless business woman/bitch ugh so good. Musery

Zander 14,911
It's really good to see her sweeping award season considering 6 years ago people considered her career to be declining / over.

And all the "why hollywood wont cast renee zellweger anymore" videos when she was actually taking a break from acting lol Musery
CautiousLurker 19,479
Honestly, I'm surprised, cuz... she didn't do THAT well, and the movie wasn't THAT good... Maybe they all still feel bad for Chicago snub It's a joke! When you give me that look, it's a joke!
spector 1,919
i'm beyond happy for her. i've been watching interviews with her, and she comes across as such a genuinely nice, thoughtful and intelligent person. needless to say that she's one of the most talented actors out there. GET YOUR SECOND OSCAR, RENÉE! stella + elliot = stelliot

All that awards hype for a huge oscar letdown The gasps my sister and I let out when they said Olivia’s name. Gaga’s face when Glenn wasn’t called. It was all too much. Don't get me wrong, Olivia deserved it. It’s just that Glenn had such a powerful narrative going for her. I freaking teared up when she said her mother confessed to her that she felt like she hadn’t accomplished anything in her life. Plus all her losses. Bradley 59,267
It's the same with Best Actor (Joaquin Phoenix), Best Supporting Actor (Brad Pitt) and Best Supporting Actress (Laura Dern) as well. They all won all the major pre-cursor awards. There's really no point guessing the four acting categories this year because the winners couldn't be clearer. This is very unlike last year where Actor was between Christian Bale and Rami Malek and Actress was between Glenn Close and Olivia Colman and even Gaga with her Critics' Choice win. Supporting Actress also went to Regina King, Rachel Weisz and Emily Blunt in three award shows.
zakariah 11,724
well duhh, renee and her team played her narrative of 'veteren actress comes back stronger than ever after a long hiatus' very well, plus hollywood seems to love her

Unless there is a MAJOR upset this award season was very one-dimensional on the actor side Musery

Thomas P 18,479
This year is a throwback to 2018 in the fact that the acting awards are the same across the board to the point there isn’t reason to bother predicting. I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill.
