People waiting for days choose to. They don’t come when the show’s supposed to start and then the artist decides to show up a few days later. That’s a ridiculously inaccurate comparison

i compere that because, some people think its horible to wait 2 hours, but some people can wait for couple of days for concerts...and you want to sue someone because she is late....i think people overreacting like always. One day they will sue someone because chair is uncomfortable. :ladyhaha:

Are you dense? they've paid for a show that starts at 8:30pm.

I’m sorry but suing an artist for showing up late in a show is like, the epitome of drama :smh:

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

I don’t know if I would go as far as a lawsuit. These situations are tricky because usually if you read the back of the tickets they have disclaimers outlined similar to that of say an airline ticket. Non-refundable unless it’s an absolutely emergency such as a rescheduling or cancellation. I’m almost certain they warn their guests that times and dates are subject to change without advanced notice. It sucks they lost out on money, but to drive it as far as a lawsuit that’s a bit too extreme. I can’t wait for everyone to start suing every other artist who shows up late.

What makes the least sense to me is that they are suing for something that happened months ago. Her being late shouldn't even matter several months after. It is clear that they are trying to cash in on the hate train on her tour.

Another reason why I prefer Gaga over Madonna. Gaga would never do this. She's not that irreverent.

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

..... she's consistantly 3 hours "late."  Its sort of her thing. Everyone that has seen her show(s) knows this. So boo-hoo they got madonna tickets and had to wait for the show like literally almost every other person. People seriously have way too much time on their hands :madge:

Have you been to a live show? 90% of them start an hour or 2 after the printed time, INCLUDING Gaga's.

She's always run late; it's not her age. I dunno why she does it. Anyway, the fact that it is so well known that she starts late would moot the suit, if it weren't already frivolous.

I'm not saying she shouldn't start on time, but not every inconvenience is freaking lawsuit-worthy.

She wasn't so late so often on her former tours so I'm not sure we can say people had to expect such delays.

Also they pay a damn lot to get a ticket for her show then they often have to pay a lot for transports. A 3 hours "surprise delay" can force them to leave the show in the middle if they don't want to miss a train and have to pay an other ticket train or if they want to be sure they'll be at their job the next day if they have to.

Some live paycheck to paycheck and actually made many sacrifices to see her so I think it's just respectful to approximately give what's expected and paid for by the ones who made and still make your career.

What kind of live shows do you go to? :D The ones I went to (including the gaga ones) were on time or one hour after the printed time as expected by everybody going there but clearly not 2 hours late.

If gaga was 2 hours late it was probably exceptional cause she's not known for that and when stars make it an habit they quickly get bashed by medias like with riri a few years ago after she did it for just a few shows.
