I really think that unless we get an announcement tonight, we won't be getting one for a while and it's pretty unlikely to have a single release on February 7th considering that tonight is her best opportunity to announce it.

It's starting to look like LG6 is being delayed again. Do you guys think SL leak has something to do with it? Maybe they're scrapping the lead and trying to work something out?

Headlines tomorrow...on Super Bowl Sunday. If she announces tonight, it’ll be overshadowed by the Super Bowl OR it’ll draw attention and more people will find the leak since the single wouldn’t be released until Friday anyway. Announcing it a day or two ahead of time is ideal, and in line with how interscope artists are announcing singles lately

As someone on the east coast in the US I can confirm that no one outside of the hardcore fans even knows anything is going on tonight. I agree that it wouldn’t make sense for her to make an announcement during a show at 11pm that isn’t widely accessible outside of a single livestream source. Tbh I didn’t even know super Saturday gigs were even a thing till Gaga got booked for this one.
