Yes, he is everywhere on Twitter posting Gaga videos but I don't think that that's a Twitter violation, at all.

You can't be banned from Twitter for just being annoying (or am I missing something?)

If you get reported for "Spam" I think that counts. I've seen Kpop stans getting banned for it haha.

I don't get this whole getting views system on Twitter  But I guess that's why everyone keeps posting the same video on every tweet they reply.

It doesn't affect me in any way... But it's kinda annoying. 

(but really, can someone explain to me how this views system works on twitter? i've never understood how to post the same video i've posted before, mine are always from the gallery and never get views, even if it's the same video)

I think he spams under serious tweets and topics so it just makes Gaga fans look bad. Like imagine someone tweeting about assault and they just reply with that vid
