I’m sure she was crying cause she was about to pay tribute to one of her idols and was overwhelmed with emotion. The video is still cringey but who was Jeffree Star about to tribute...? Had he ever talked about Kobe Bryant inspiring him or talked about him in general? 
if Gaga got on twitter posting a video of her crying right after Bowie died, she’d get the same backlash. however the video you linked was not about his death.

1- people handle grief differently

2- he could be crying because a little girl died

3- he could be crying because he respected him

4- he could be crying  because people died close to where he lives

he literally didn't say a word about himself 💀 as I said in another comment that he sent his condolences to his family and all that and then said that this happened close to where he lives. I get it that y'all hate him but of all the stuff he's done this really isn't anything to drag him for, let people deal with their grief however they want as long as they aren't hurting anyone.
