LaLa 19,663
A legend Because of a particular set of circumstances I saw Rush live many times as a kid and teen, something I didn't think much about then but am grateful for these days. A real loss to music, and him family, friends and fans.
Alannah 2,987
My first and deepest standom. I was lucky enough to see Rush nine times, once of those was from the second row. In August, I got to meet Geddy Lee at a book signing. I was hopeful this was a sign they were going to start being in the public eye again, not even knowing Neil was going through such an awful illness. I was at our annual business conference when I found out and lost it. My heart hurts for his family, friends, and bandmates. He inspired so many wonderful drummers; a huge loss for the music industry. Edit: Although, this video shows John Rutsey, Rush's original drummer before Neil joined the band in his stead. Amazing performance nonetheless.

ItWasntLaauv 6,392
Music legend. I got the pleasure to see Rush live back on their Snakes and Arrows Tour with my dad, I think i was only 8 or 9. One of the most fun shows I’ve been to. Neil always gave it his all, I’m sad that he won’t be able to share his gift anymore, but I’m glad he made the most out of his life and brought so much joy to so many.
