Him stumble over his words is normal though literally everyone does that occasionally. Not that he's very good with the English language but I digress . . . I've never heard of it causing slurred or slowed speech, that seems more like a benzo side effect rather than a stimulant, if anything. We should be past the point of shock at anything he does or says or that we learn about him and just focus on why he was elected and use that to inform voting him out of office and or actively resisting him at any turn IMO any time spent at "omg Trump did! Trump said! Trump is!" is mostly a waste of time.
