Really?  This article is literally about the amount of "people America has killed"- No one else is mentioned.

It does not mention Europe(the worst tyrant of all, a combination of countries that caused genocide all over the world for slave trade),  Saudi Arabia, Iran(Hundreds of thousands deaths to their own people, between both countries, China, Korea, Japan back in the day- none of these "tyrants of death" are mentioned here. Yet, the ignorance on this site- you guys jump all over America, as if America invented this. It's a biased article, and most of you are falling right in line with it.

America, Like Europe has been involved in some of the largest wars in History. Unfortunately, lives are lost. Now, if you want to talk about wars that America shouldn't have been involved in(Vietnam, Iraq) then that can be another, more specific conversation. I highly suggest you, and most people on this site learn the history of war, genocide, and the world, before we just target America.

Next time there's a topic about Iran's past or North Korea's past, I'll wait for you to come in and say, "but but but other countries including the US did it too, this is biased information".

We can say "X did Y" without saying "Exclusively X did Y" or "X exclusively did Y". They are all different statements. :rip:

I have learned world history and American history and I suggest you learn more of the latter that's not just idealized, whitewashed "land of the free, liberty" hogwash.

Right, because people like you are starting threads about Iran and North Korea, or any other country that actively murders it's own citizens. You obviously have not been fully educated on World Wars by your ridiculous response lol. I'm pointing out the bias of the article, followed by the bias of uneducated people like yourself to join right along with it.  The history of tyranny and war is huge, and America is a young country. Far more people have been killed world wide, especially by Europe as a whole, but go off on America sis.

America was Colonized by Europeans, so yes.  First was started by Brittain and Spain trying to make a new world, but became People escaping Europe for a better life- eventually leading to the Settlers fighting for their independence from the tyranny of Brittain.

Nazi Germany: 6 million estimated killed during the Holocaust, not counting war victims.

Just to clarify, they killed an estimated 17 million people in concentration camps, the 6 million figure is limited to jews, while the other 11 million are always forgotten, but thats another topic.

On topic: The US has managed to be the most evil, monstruous country, while convincing the world they are the good ones and the role model for the rest. And then they go pikachu face when others chant "death to america".

Every super power is responsible for high amounts of deaths. Most deaths from every super power comes from war. Most of those deaths came from war-when the US was fighting. The US didn't just go around and start murdering people. This is data from WWI, WWII, korea, vietnam, iraq, middle east, etc. Most of Europe has also been involved in such lives lost, but of course people love to target USA. The article doesnt state the reasons of death, how much was related to fighting, which war, etc- just America killed all these people, and it's so easy for the people on this site, who have no education on the history of war all over the world, to just go in on America. From the beginning of man, this has been the story of man. The strong over takes the weak. Most of the Americas were inhabited by tribes, who killed each other in tribal wars, and over took each other, before one European stepped on land. But yeah, lets pretend that America was the only country involved in the deaths of WWI, and WWII. Such blatant ignorance, and willful hatred on this site.

The fact that world powers tend to do this doesn't really excuse it

And ppl gang on America because America is highly hypocritical

Russia, NK to some extent even China don't go around giving speeches about promoting peace, stability and freedom etc so at least they don't try to pretend to be something they are not

You talked about Europe. Well Europe doesn't try to put a positive spin on its dark past with slavery neither does Germany with its Nazi era that's the difference. The US loves to justify all its wars and try to convince the public why it had no choice and how it will bring good in the end

The US likes to play this role of the human rights fighter yet often does more harm to lives than good. That hypocrisy is very distasteful and is gonna make ppl criticize it more

Also I don't get why in one of your comments ur talking about Europe as a whole killing more. So now we're going to take dozens of countries combined that have existed longer to try and make America seem less bad by comparison :saladga:

Once again- I brought up Europe in the first place because the article is only mentioning the US, as if the US is the only country that has gone to war and killed lots of people. The US does not justify its actions with slavery. The US corrected itself with civil war when it comes to slavery- unfortunately, war is what came of it. The US most definetely should have gone to war in WWII- as US And Russia had a major part in liberating most of Europe from Germany. Most Americans woulD NEVER justify Vietnam as well as IRAQ. The real hypocrisy here is people like yourself jumping all over America, and completely turning a blind side to the extremely dark past of the countries I’ve already mentioned. If you’re going to hate on or call our America, then fine, do that. But don’t forget to also mention most of the Countries of Europe- whose history of war and genocide are CENTURIES older than America’s, as well as middle Eastern countries I mentioned, China, Japan. That’s the real hypocrisy on this site.

I'm not ignoring other countries tho. Ur making an assumption here that I generally do without any evidence. Just because many ppl do doesn't mean that's what I do :air:. I call out others countries BS all the time including my own. I simply gave u a reason why some ppl might specifically pick on the US regardless of whether it's justified or not to single out America

But this thread is about America so I'm commenting on what I think America's problems and flaws are and one of them is that I find America justifies it's misdeads more often than other Nations have especially considering few countries brag as much about supposibly supporting freedom and democratic ethics as much as the US does so it does make the US seem more hypocritical in that sense

Yeah I read it and it said jews only, I didn't find the complete number after searching for a bit and forgot to clarify. Thank you!
