I've been thinking about this recently because BTW was always my number one, but now.......

1. Norman F****** Rockwell - Lana Del Rey

2. Born This Way - Lady Gaga

3.  Jagged Little Pill - Alanis Morissette

4. Daydream - Mariah Carey

5. The 1st - Willow Smith

You can't include 2 albums by the same artist, just to make it more interesting

Most of my options aren’t the musical taste of people on this site but these albums are all so close to my heart for different reasons.

1. Ed Sheeran - Divide: I know most people here hate Ed Sheeran, and you’re 100% entitled to your own musical taste and opinion, but this album strikes a chord with me. When it came out I felt like most of the songs were specifically made for my personal taste (Castle On The Hill, Dive, etc.). Also, this album reminds me of a wonderful time in my life for numerous reasons. This album is a warm hug for me that reminds me of joyous memories.

2. Bruno Mars - Unorthodox Jukebox: This album is more special to me than I can express. It takes me back to a time shortly before my grandpa passed away, and we would listen to this album all of the time. Every single song takes me back to a special memory, so this album is truly priceless to me. In fact my grandpa and I saw this tour together a year and a half before he passed away and I would give anything to relive that magical experience with him. I also love the diversity in every song, he touches on reggae, rock, pop, funk, hip-hop, doo-wop, etc.

3. P!nk - The Truth About Love: Again, this album is just full of nostalgia for me, and whenever I listen to it I just feel good. I love all of her music, but this is the album that initially got me into P!nk, plus this ranges from some of her most fun to some of her deepest songs.

4. Matchbox 20 - More Than You Think You Are: When I was first getting into Matchbox 20 (my favorite band) this is the album I gravitated to the most, and it has some of my favorite songs of all time (Hand Me Down, Bright Lights, etc.). Almost every song touches my soul, and I have personal connections to a few of the songs that mean a lot to me.

5. Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road: Elton John was one of my first musical obsessions and he was my first ever concert. This album has always been the standout for me and some of my favorite songs come from this album. From Bernie Taupin’s brilliant lyrics to Elton’s genius melodies and compositions there isn’t a single song that I don’t love.

Honorable Mentions: Joanne (could easily be in my top 5 depending on my mood) and X by Ed Sheeran
