Why are so many people convinced that Gaga got a nose job?

Its so annoying to read under every instagrampost. Like it seems to me, the most untouched out of her whole face actually. 

People forget that she lost weight, gained weight back and fort over the years. Also she was once 22, so she may still may have had a bit of her babyfat in her face when she was in her early 20s.

(All these comparison pics of famous people from when they were 16 and 25 are so stupid. Its not that weird that their faces change. In puberty our body and faces aren't always in proportions. Our nose for example gets wider and/or longer around the age of 14 for some reason, but when we are full grown our face is mostly set so it looks more in proportion again.)

Also angles, makeup and photoshop....and the fillers she has now might make her nose look less prominent, tho I never thought it was that big tbh.

It is because of that stupid photoshopped picture of her, where her nose were accentuated to look very big, when it is not that extreme.

Ears and nose get bigger with time, not smaller and thinner. That's just how the body works. This baby face and her being younger has NOTHING to do with her nose being smaller, thinner and less bumby.

Most teens their noses get wider but when they get older it gets slimmer again. Its true.

It is true that ears and noses keep growing. But in puberty you grow very fast which might make you look out of proportion and very different from when you were younger. Later it can still improve a bit, when your face and shoulders get bigger. Then it still grows but it doesn't look as out of place anymore.

So it droops. That makes scense I gues, but the article doesnt say anything about puberty tho.

Maybe my theory isn't the case for everyone, but I've seen it happend to a lot of people, including me.

I think because she gets fillers in her chin/cheeks it harmonizes her face more and makes her nose look smaller in comparison, and also the fillers in her nose to make it straighter. When they fade her nose looks the same but I think that’s something only people that have been fans for years will recognize.

I don’t see why people want to believe so badly that she didn’t get a nose job, there’s really nothing wrong with it.
 

I think it’s most apparent in her tip, where before it was more bulbous and large whereas now it’s much more pointed and a bit smaller. I’m not too sure about her bridge because fillers can transform the shape greatly, but i think she definitely got some cartilage removed from her tip.
