The New Classic - Iggy Azalea

9/10

I have known Iggy since her EP with that song "Murda Business" and have adored it. However, I didn't pay attention to her until I heard Fancy.

The beats are rich and the rapping is on point. Work, Changr Your Life, Fancy, Lady Patra and Bounce are the outstanding tracks for me.

Never thought I could be addicted to an album again since my hiatus on listening to music since last year.

Veritas - Agnes

8/10

She may not look like a diva or an interesting pop star but when she performed on Eurovision 2013 Semi Finals, "Release Me" has captured me.

The album is a solid Swedish pop gold. It's not too poppy but the melodies and instrumentals are really captivating. Gotta love Sweden for bringing this awesome girl on my music playlist.

Robyn, Icona Pop and Agnes. Aaaah, Sweden. <3

PopBitch

I am back to The Spoons new album again, They Want My Soul.

It is still at 10/10 solid after weeks of playing.  It started out a little less, but I am settled in to it and it's staying and slaying at 10.

My Everything - Ariana Grande = 9/10

Modern day Mariah's sophomore release is better than her debut, Yours Truly and definitely among the best of 2014. I think she deserves grammy's in general but album definitely deserves some nods at the least. I wish it was selling better, though.

V - Maroon 5 = 8.5/10

This Rock-pop band has now become official pop ( like Taylor swift), or should I say electropop. The album, V (hipsterly named) is an electropop album with a few rock songs sprinkled in, for good measure. But the album is great, how commercial shall be, and turns out to be a highly skill produced and hook driven, production. Definitely worth a listen.

Banks - Goddess: 8.5

Still trying to digest some of the songs on this album, but a lot of them are seriously amazing. Songs like Drowning, Beggin For Thread, Brain, and This Is What It Feels Like (just to name a few) definitely make this album one of the best of 2014.

My Everything - Ariana Grande

8.5/10

Obsessed with this album. The slow songs are magical. However, I don't like the dance songs much except for Problem and Break Free

Broods - Evergreen

9/10 - Alsolutly love their style. I also really like that they didn't include every single song that was on their debut EP on this album, so there were a lot more new tracks. Definitely worth a listen if you like dark synthpop, dream pop and/or indie; this album has got all of it. Definitely going to buy this one once it gets released in NA!

Notable tracks: Mother & Father, Bridges, Sober and Superstar.

Title

220px-Meghan_Trainor_Title_EP_Album_Cove

10/10

I can't explain how much I love this EP by Meghan. I am totally speechless by how much I bopped to the beats of the 4 amazing tracks, All About That Bass, Title, Dear Future Husband and Close Your Eyes. These 4 tracks differ so much to each other yet all of them are unique in their own way, but share the common message - Acceptance in one's weight. I love her so much. I can't wait for her debut album to be released. :applause:

Favourite track off EP: All About That Bass
