now if the woman was fired for saying that Trans women are biological males, she should not get fired for it, because that is a fact, but from the looks of it, she did not, and tweeted some ignorant transphobic things.

It’s funny, today I went into a Barnes & Noble and I noticed how much Harry Potter merchandise and books they have. I thought, “oh wow, she really is the Queen Bee of this industry. Good for her.” Then I see this mess she’s made.

In America, this is like taught in high school and college. Your employers will dig through your social media accounts. 

Anything questionable, you will not be hired. Or fired if you do something stupid. 

Of course this is for white collar jobs. 

Any job with high turnover, you can't really care if anyone is prejudice in any form.

But if someone makes a comment, responsibility will be laid at someone else's feet. That's just how the world is. We can't just blame a singular person. So you do stupid sh!t you get fired. Because your company does not want the heat from your idiocy.
